Creating and Joining Meetings

From the Forma homepage on any application, select “Join Meeting” and enter the meeting room name(i.e. “demo”) you are joining or creating. You’ll notice your three character organization prefix is automatically applied to the room name(i.e. “xyz-demo”). Note: Streaming your live hologram into a meeting requires an upload internet connection of at least 20Mbps.

For the rest of the applications, simply enter the room name (i.e. “xyz-demo”) and select “Join Meeting”. Forma Vision’s augmented reality applications (i.e. WebAR, iOS, Magic Leap 2) will prompt you to place the center of the meeting in your local physical space before interacting with other meeting participants.
